• Lead all company best practices and maximize productivity.
• Assist in analyzing store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall store performance.

• Oversee payroll administration and scheduling as needed.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt associates.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and safety procedures.

• Coordinate loss prevention efforts and inventory processes.
