Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Train new hires and complete store paperwork.
• Cover shifts not filled by the Store Manager and order inventory.
• Recruit, interview, and motivate the team; manage store resources.
• Develop good customer relationships and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean and friendly store atmosphere at all times.
