Responsibilities

• Monitor store policies, goals, and procedures to achieve profit.
• Assist staffing and recruit, train, and evaluate employees.
• Order stock, materials and supplies as needed.
• Perform sales floor tasks: greet customers, stock shelves, take inventory.
• Oversee store operations in Store Manager's absence, ensuring policy compliance.
• Implement marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Produce timely store reports, deposits, payroll, and personnel reports.
• Protect company assets and cash, merchandise, and equipment.
• Cover shifts as assigned by Regional Supervisor.
