Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores in Kentucky is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across store, fuel, and food service, driving efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales, monitor budgets, and report performance. Strong communication, hands-on leadership and a proven track record in retail operations are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and related areas.
• Ensure a safe, clean facility through maintenance and safety checks.
• Drive product and service sales via ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and driving improvements.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
