TESO Group's Glendale location is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and manage profitability while upholding company standards.

You will oversee merchandising, inventory accuracy, staff coaching, and customer service excellence, with a focus on developing tomorrow's leaders and ensuring a safe, compliant store environment.

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher required; Retail Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of store management experience in retail, grocery, beauty, lifestyle retail, hospitality, or related service industry.
• Working knowledge of store sales management, merchandising and replenishment, inventory and expiration-date control, shrink management, cash handling procedures, customer service, workforce scheduling, and basic business data analysis.
• Strong in-store leadership, accountability, and customer-focused mindset with proven execution.

Mansioni

• Execute the sales, profit, expense, operational standards, and staffing objectives assigned by the District Manager.
• Develop and implement daily store operating plans, including sales initiatives, promotional execution, labor scheduling, replenishment, merchandising, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor key business metrics, including sales, customer traffic, average transaction value, gross margin, inventory, shrink, operating expenses, and labor productivity; implement improvements to meet targets.
• Accountable for achieving store sales, profitability, shrink control, labor productivity, and expense management goals.
• Drive the execution of merchandising initiatives, priority product launches, promotional campaigns, and other revenue-generating activities.
• Analyze and escalate issues related to declining sales, profit shortfalls, or other operational concerns, with corrective actions.
