TESO Group in Rockville, MD seeks a Store Manager to lead overall store performance, profitability, and customer experience. You will manage merchandise, inventory, and staff while ensuring policy adherence and a high-quality shopping environment.

The role focuses on developing future leaders, optimizing daily operations, and delivering exceptional service to drive sales and growth within the company’s retail network.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and work authorization.
• 3+ years of retail or store management experience.
• Strong leadership, execution, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accountability, learning agility, and resilience.
• Long-term career interest in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Execute store performance objectives by achieving sales, profitability, expense, operational standards, and staffing goals.
• Develop and implement daily store operating plans including sales initiatives, promotions, labor scheduling, replenishment, merchandising and corrective actions.
• Monitor metrics such as sales, traffic, average transaction value, gross margin, inventory, shrink, and operating expenses; conduct reviews and drive improvements.
• Lead store team members including Assistant Store Managers, Team Leads, Sales Associates, and Cashiers; develop internal talent and succession plans.
• Ensure consistent customer service standards, address complaints, returns, and exchanges with proactive resolution.
• Oversee cash handling, safety, and compliance; manage store opening/closing routines and audits.
