Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure Company standards are met.
• Assist in payroll administration including punch edits and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with State, Local and Federal regulations and maintain a safe environment.
• Supervise and coach Associates in customer service, merchandising and safety practices.
