Qualifications

• Ability to lead a retail team and manage store shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and deliver strong customer service.
• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cavender's Culture and drive Mission and Vision.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet sales per hour.
• Train all associate positions and supervise store staff.
• Act as Manager on Duty; assist in daily store management.
• Open and close the store; address customer needs.
• Handle returns and assign tasks to associates.
• Increase sales, protect profit, and control expenses.
• Lead training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure a safe, secure store environment and report incidents.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and participate in Loss Prevention.
• Lead initiatives to deliver Best of the West customer service.
• Keep the store stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Ensure staff look neat and professional.
