This role oversees daily operations, motivates staff, and ensures a high level of customer service to achieve company goals. Requires 1–2 years in a similar role and strong communication and leadership skills. Starting at $24/hr, with weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales goals and business objectives
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and support promotional initiatives
• Train and coach staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards
• Manage inventory, including counts and control procedures
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies
• Supervise team performance, provide feedback, and maintain operational consistency
• Support omni-channel sales and fulfillment
• Assist with store events, sales, and daily operations
• Serve as backup to Store Manager and handle administrative tasks as needed
