Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and cash registers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to effectively resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Assist the crew with all guests to ensure they feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly service.
• Assist with preparing and packaging orders according to standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure cashiers follow corporate guidelines and balance deposits.
• Oversee cash and credit handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling reports with the store manager for performance reviews.
• Maintain cleanliness and enforce policy compliance, reporting violations as needed.
• Train employees to meet service quality and facility appearance standards.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage daily and weekly inventory and ensure timely truck deliveries.
• Inspect products and deliveries for accuracy and condition, reporting discrepancies.
