Job summary

LLGI is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations on the sales floor, donation door, and processing of donated goods. You will act as manager on duty, ensure pricing, stocking, and register transactions meet goals, and provide clear direction to staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of leadership experience, a valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

They are accountable for the store operations while acting as manager on duty. Operations include the collection of donations,processing, pricing, stocking, performing register transactions, and handling donated goods overall to meet expected goals at every step of the process. This position requires a strong customer focus, operating with minimum supervision, and understanding business demands.Essential Job Duties1.
