Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a store-level professional to support day-to-day operations at our Wisconsin location. You will assist with all store functions, handle opening/closing procedures, protect assets, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

You will maintain store cleanliness, interact professionally with customers and team members, and contribute to a positive, energetic work environment. This role may include additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and presenting the store neatly.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Other duties as assigned*
