Qualifications

• Completion of Walgreens Store Manager training programs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and store front-end operations.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and store profitability.
• Manages scheduling, cash handling, and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and operational SOPs across front end and pharmacy.
