Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution, inventory control, financial management and customer service excellence. You will lead a motivated store crew, model accountability, and push for continuous improvement to strengthen consumer loyalty.

This full-time, on-site role requires flexible scheduling, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results across all store

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
