Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder for our Victor, NY store. You will open and close the store, manage the cash register, assist customers, and help ensure the store is organized and presentable.

Qualifications include at least one year of retail experience, a solutions-oriented mindset, and strong integrity. You will work up to 20 hours per week with weekends and evenings as needed, supporting a dynamic retail team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry and execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled; prepare cash bank and nightly deposits.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Receive shipments and reset features and promotions as directed.
• Maintain a store environment meeting visual merchandising standards and keep the area tidy.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote current promotions and offers.
