Go Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, assist customers, and manage the cash register. This role supports the Store Manager and helps ensure daily sales and organizational standards.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, strong customer service, basic math and computer skills, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• One year of retail experience or equivalent field experience.
• Enthusiasm about leading and innovating in a retail environment.
• Self-motivated with optimism and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Integrity, accountability and reliability with openness to feedback.
• Ability to engage customers and create an exciting shopping experience.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Greet every customer on entry and drive sales using Five Steps to a Sale.
• Operate POS system accurately and process transactions.
• Promote promotions and manage in-store special orders.
• Receive shipments and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Open/close the store per scheduled shift and handle cash deposits.
• Keep the store organized and perform regular housekeeping tasks.
