Job summary

Dollar Tree in Hudson, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and support the Store Manager in training and supervising associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and training associates.

• Ensure merchandising standards and promotional displays are up-to-date.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
