Job summary

Country Supplier LLC is seeking a Store Manager-on-Duty to oversee daily store operations and support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and profitability. You will promote promotions, lead staff, manage schedules, and ensure inventory and security standards are met.

You will also handle payroll budgeting, train associates, and step in for the Store Manager as needed to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of POS systems and Eagle Browser.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to train and develop staff and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales promotions and merchandise displays.
• Recruit, train, and assess staff performance.
• Plan and prepare work schedules for associates.
• Monitor inventory and replenish merchandise from distribution.
• Ensure compliance with security, sales and recordkeeping procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
• Open/close the store and handle related duties.
• Manage payroll and finance in collaboration with corporate.
• In the manager's absence, take on Store Manager duties.
