TJX Companies is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations at the Conroe, TX location. The role blends leadership with front-line responsibilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed and ensuring daily tasks align with the store plan.

The position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and a strong focus on customer service, coaching, and teamwork to drive a positive experience for customers and Associates alike.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, delegate, and follow up with multiple people/tasks.
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandise flow.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and coach Associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty following policy and procedures.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed per guidelines.
• Maintain appropriate Associate coverage for service areas.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members.
• Partner with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness.
• Promote safety, compliance with labor laws, and loyalty programs.
