Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty following company policies.
• Coordinate tasks and coverage to maintain store operations.
• Provide coaching to Associates and resolve customer issues.
• Assist management in priority setting and communications.
• Support safety, shrink reduction, and program adherence.
