Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory exposure.
• Able to work nights and weekends and adapt to store needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience in store and service areas.
• Assist with daily store operations and coverage planning.
• Coach and coachable behavior for Associates and drive performance.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and adherence to policy.
• Communicate priorities to management and teammates with clarity.
• Support safety initiatives and loss-prevention goals.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members.
• Participate in store programs and loyalty promotions.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned
