Job summary

Central-Valley-Builders-Supply is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and motivate the team to achieve sales goals. You will supervise staff, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate replenishment and transfers to fulfill customer orders.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with at least 5 years in supervisory roles in retail, plus experience in inventory and merchandising. This is a full-time on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Directs product replenishment and assures 100% accuracy.
• Manages the store transfer process to meet deadlines for both pulling and building customer orders.
• Supports the receiving process to assist with accuracy and teams’ productivity throughout the complete process.
