Big Ray’s is looking to hire a full-time Corporate Assistant Sales Manager. This role oversees the Corporate Outfitting Sales Associates, leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring SOPs are followed.

You will supervise daily operations, maintain merchandise flow to the sales floor, and help meet lead-time and processing goals while assisting in all team roles as needed. This position requires frequent standing, walking, stairs, speaking and hearing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience.

Job Description

The Corporate Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Corporate Outfitting Sales Associates, leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and that efficiencies and SOPs are being adhered to. The Corporate Assistant Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain proper flow of merchandise to the sales floor, ensure the team is meeting/exceeding lead-time and processing goals and will assist in all roles of the team as necessary.
