The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a lead role within a customer service environment. Responsibilities include leading the team, managing cash activities, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining store cleanliness. Must possess excellent communication skills and be available for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a shift lead in retail or restaurant.
• Candidates must have ServSafe Certification.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as per operational needs.
