Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including unload planning.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes to standards.
• Ensure inventory control and backroom standards are maintained.
• Provide coaching and guidance to store team members andManagers.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and financial performance of the store.
• Operate equipment as needed and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Obtain required licenses/certifications as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
