Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a PIC (Person In Charge) to support the General Manager in daily store operations at our Cullman location. You will lead by example, ensure 100% adherence to systems, and uphold integrity across all tasks while fostering an enthusiastic, friendly environment.

The role requires strong customer service, team leadership, and cash-handling skills, with the ability to train and cover multiple positions including InShopper and Delivery Driver as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a 40+ hour week.
• At least 18 years of age with valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper and Delivery Driver positions, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations alongside the General Manager.
• Lead by example and execute systems and procedures with integrity.
• Deliver exceptional customer and store experience.
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions per cash handling policies.
• Ensure store is clean and merchandise areas and physical plant are well maintained.
• Operate food preparation machinery and adhere to safety guidelines.
