Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a PIC (Person In Charge), a role similar to a 2nd Assistant Manager, to oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The PIC leads by example, ensuring the store runs smoothly and that employees perform duties properly and efficiently with 100% integrity.

This position requires an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude, a 40+ hour work week, and the ability to handle fast-paced conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
• At least 18 years of age, with valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper and Delivery Driver positions, as needed.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision.
• Willing to coach and task-manage employees on store operations.

• Clean store, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessary

• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
