Jimmy John's seeks a Person In Charge (PIC) to assist the General Manager in daily store operations. You will lead by example to maintain exceptional order, train staff, and ensure all employees perform duties efficiently while upholding food safety and cash handling policies.

You will greet customers with a smile, sustain high service standards, and manage operations to deliver a top-tier in-store experience. This role requires a 40+ hour work week in-store.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to work a 40+ hour week.
• At least 18 years of age with valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Basic proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to train and perform all roles (Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper, Delivery Driver).
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in-store.
• Ability to lead and prioritize with minimal supervision.
