Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in food service, grocery or retail setting.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer skills sufficient to operate store systems and checkout tools.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours, acting as key leader and liaison among teams and various departments throughout the store; responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Partner with department management to prioritize tasks and ensure Front End operations run efficiently; monitor traffic and adjust checkout lanes.
• Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees, providing resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and employees, championing company values and standards.
• React quickly to situations, collaborating with store leadership to solve operational challenges.
• Lead special projects to enhance teamwork and company culture across the store.
