Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Newburgh, NY to support store operations, guest service, and team development. You will help with opening/closing, merchandise flow, and daily administrative tasks while ensuring a clean, organized sales floor.

You will lead and train store associates, maintain safety and policy compliance, and deliver a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
