Job summary

Lucchese Bootmaker seeks a Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee daily boot production, lead frontline teams, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. This role collaborates with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet manufacturing objectives and customer commitments.

Responsibilities include setting department goals, scheduling, coaching, and driving continuous improvement while enforcing standard processes and safety rules on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years leading a team in a production environment.
• OSH or equivalent workplace safety certification.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• 5S and visual management training.
• Supervisory or leadership development training.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and objectives for the department.
• Delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead daily bootmaker production lines and coach staff.
• Maintain safety, quality, and process adherence across shifts.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain functions.
• Maintain SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
