Job summary

Lucchese Bootmaker is seeking a Sales Lead to drive sales performance and deliver an elevated luxury experience at the Napa store. The role acts as floor leader, top seller, and shift leader, coaching the team to meet goals and uphold brand standards.

You will support daily floor execution, customer service excellence, and operational compliance while partnering with store leadership to maintain visual standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience required.
• Luxury, premium, or specialty retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Standing and moving throughout the store for extended periods is required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
