Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Jasper, GA to support store operations, customer service and team development.

You will assist with daily activities, organize merchandise flows, and help with opening/closing and payroll scheduling. A high school diploma is preferred, with store-management experience in retail. The role requires physical stamina and strong communication, in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store-management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Mansioni

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions.
• Organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and fixture effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and in loss prevention tasks.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked, and organized per company standards.
• Protect assets, including store cash, and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates.
