Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Everett, WA to partner with the Store Manager for efficient daily operations and exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, assist customers, manage performance, and help with hiring while reporting to the Store Manager and overseeing 2+ direct reports.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, using POS and inventory systems, handling data entry, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Diploma required.
• Minimum of two years of managerial experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize work and work independently, with limited supervision.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds across locations and departments.
• Travel up to 5% of the time, some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Provides ongoing customer service by addressing questions about accounts, products, and services, in‑person and over the phone.
• Oversees employees, provides performance feedback, hires, and administers performance discipline.
• Utilizes POS and inventory systems and other computer programs.
• Plans and develops work schedules as needed.
• Enters data and keeps data organized.
• Conducts inventory and stocks items across the store.
• May place special orders.
• Loads vehicles for delivery and drives to deliver items.
• Fabricates custom batteries and power supplies from stock components.
• Works weekends and evenings as needed to meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
