Job summary

Concentric is the nation’s leading independent power solutions provider. The Assistant Store Manager works closely with the Store Manager to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations and outstanding customer service.

You will supervise staff, assist with hiring and discipline, schedule work, and operate POS and inventory systems. Some evenings and weekends are required, with travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' managerial experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and support Store Manager.
• Interact with customers and handle inquiries.
• Assist with hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Utilize POS and inventory systems.
• Plan work schedules and data entry.
• Conduct inventory and stocking.
• Occasionally handle special orders and deliveries.
• Travel up to 5%.
