• Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of store personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments and monitor inventory, sales, and expenses.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met and communicate inventory trends to management.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
