Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Involve in recruiting, training, and evaluating personnel; provide guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to ensure profitability across departments.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual and promote merchandise and services.
• Uphold company policies and internal controls to protect assets and information.
