Job summary

Family Dollar in Lepanto, Arkansas is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise, and complete sales efficiently.

You will support store operations, help manage inventory, assist deliveries, and back up the Store Manager when needed, including opening and closing duties.

The role requires flexible availability, ability to lift up to 40-55 lbs, and prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Availability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide greeting, assist customers, and complete sales transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock shelves.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and store operations.
• Support deliveries and replenishment, ensure store cleanliness.
• Open/close duties in absence of Store Manager.
