Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a Cashier and Stocker with a leadership component to support daily store operations in Lancaster, PA. You will manage basic cash handling, stock shelves, and assist customers with product location.

• Ability to operate cash register, manage inventory, and assist with store operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack shipments following store procedures.
• Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and assist in plan-o-gram setup and upkeep.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide superior customer service.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and bag merchandise accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including floors, restroom, and stockroom.
• Help set up displays, maintain store organization, and ensure a secure shopping environment.
• In absence of leadership, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, monitor security, and complete required documentation.
