Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service and manage daily store operations.
• Partner with the FiveStar team to follow policies and procedures.
• Train and educate store team on policies and communications.
• Assist General Manager with addressing store issues for problem resolution.
• Handle merchandising and maintain inventory accuracy and pricing signage.
• Promote FiveStar service and suggestive selling.
• Ensure inventory controls, equipment upkeep, staffing within labor budget, and safety.
• Oversee food operation appearance and quality, promotions, and signage.
• Cover store operations in GM's absence.
• Learn and understand P&L statements.
