Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Basic language and mathematical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform repetitive bending, reaching, and standing; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must be able to report to work on time.
• Must be responsible and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure customer service standards are met.
• Supervise and coach team members, assist with recruiting, training, and performance management.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and related daily reports; adhere to all company policies and safety standards.
• Assist with scheduling, store cleanliness, stock replenishment, and merchandising to meet store objectives.
• Support foodservice and store promotions, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
