• Handles opening/closing duties including cash security and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and ensures quality customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes corporate market plan with proper signage and inventory integrity.
