Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in stocking, merchandising, and maintaining seasonal areas of the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and store procedures.
• Support loss prevention and payroll/scheduling tasks.
• Ensure a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
