CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join the CVS/pharmacy team in California. This role supports the Store Management team by planning and driving store execution and performance, while building customer loyalty through outstanding service.

When no manager is onsite, you lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly. Flexible scheduling, and a focus on safety and quality are essential in delivering a positive

Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
