Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Stockton, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution, customer service, and performance. You will lead the store when no manager is onsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.

This full-time role requires supervising staff, coordinating merchandising, assisting customers, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations per policy and provide feedback and coaching to colleagues.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and support displays and inventory weekly promotions.
