You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise from delivery to sales floor, and ensure seasonal displays meet company standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior store management experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store front fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Keep store clean and presentable; restock bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
