Pickup Coffee in Calapan Mindoro is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, coach Baristas, and ensure a customer-centric environment. You will manage schedules, service standards, and safety while coordinating with Team Leaders to maintain brand quality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year supervisory experience in F&B, with Barista background a plus, and willingness to work flexible hours across multiple branches. Strong data and team leadership skills are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop, or similar F&B setting.
• Barista experience is a plus; a certificate in Food & Beverage Service is advantageous.
• Able to work flexible and extended hours and oversee multiple store locations.
• Ability to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.

• Oversees overall store operation to ensure a successful, efficient, and customer-centric environment.
• Supervises Baristas to ensure service quality and product knowledge.
• Trains and coaches Baristas to meet approved standards and timely preparation.
