Job summary

Pickup Coffee in Cavite is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure customer-centric service, and maintain brand standards.

You will lead Baristas, manage schedules, assist with cashiering and reporting, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent F&B establishment.
• Barista experience is a plus; certificate in Food and Beverage Service is advantageous.
• Able to work flexible and extended hours and oversee multiple locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall store operation to ensure a successful, efficient, and customer-centric environment.
• Supervises Baristas to ensure products are served with friendly, individualized service and educates customers about items.
• Trains and oversees Baristas to ensure products are prepared according to standards and on time.
• Ensures welfare, safety, and security of employees, stores, and operations.
• Manages staff schedules to meet manpower requirements across shifts and locations.
• Coordinates with Team Leaders or Supervisors to balance schedules and staff movements.
• Oversees cashiering and fund management, ensuring deposits and sales reports comply with policies.
• Maintains product expertise and prepares beverages according to standards.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, safety, equipment functionality, and supply availability.
• Ensures workspace and store upkeep; coordinates repairs and maintenance to uphold brand standards.
• Implements company policies and updates.
• Facilitates incident investigations with the lessor as needed.
• Administers employee reports and documents, including benefits, time records, pay slips, and uniforms.
• Supports marketing promotions, store events, and educates staff on related activities.

About the role

Oversees the overall store operation to ensure a successful, efficient, and customer-centric store environment.

Supervises the performance of Baristas to ensure store integrity and compliance with company standards.

Provides guidance, coaching, and motivation to empower team members to achieve individual development and team goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifies Barista performance challenges, provides assistance, coaches their performance, and monitors the progress of their skillset and capabilities for continuous improvement.
• Supervises Baristas to ensure all products are served with friendly, individualized customer service and educates customers about premium beverage and food items.
• Trains and oversees Baristas to ensure products are prepared according to approved standards and in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Ensures the welfare, safety, and security of employees, store locations, and overall store operations.
• Manages staff schedules to meet manpower requirements across various shifts and store activities.
• Coordinates with Team Leaders or Supervisors to balance manpower schedules and implement necessary staff movements.
• Oversees cashiering and operational fund management, ensuring standard funds are available and bank deposits and sales reporting comply with company policies.
• Maintains product expertise and prepares coffee beverages according to approved standards and processes.
• Manages cleanliness, sanitation, food and beverage safety, equipment functionality, and supply availability for efficient store operations.
• Ensures the workspace and store are well-maintained and coordinates repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance to uphold brand standards.
• Implements company policies, procedures, protocols, and any updates introduced by the company.
• Facilitates incident investigations involving employees or store operations in coordination with the lessor.
• Administers employee-related reports and documents, including benefits, Daily Time Records, pay slips, and uniforms.
• Supports marketing promotions, store events, and educates staff on related activities.

Qualifications:

• Amenable to working flexible and extended operational hours as needed and overseeing different store locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights.
• Willing to be assigned to Bacoor City, Imus City, Dasmariñas City, and General Trias City branches.
