Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a dedicated store leader to manage day-to-day operations, assist with open/close procedures, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train and develop Sales Associates, oversee merchandise flow from receiving to floor, maintain store appearance, and uphold safety and compliance while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Experience in retail/store management is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.
• Excellent problem solving and teamwork abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Manage merchandise flow from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
