Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rogers, AR to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and maintain display and cleanliness standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide exceptional customer service
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash
• Follow policies and safety guidelines; ensure associates comply
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and team
• Keep store clean, restocked bathrooms, floors swept/mopped, trash removed
